Apparel Cost Sharing
  • Except where prohibited by state law, dealership management may require employees to share in the cost of the core apparel items provided by charging an apparel fee, which will be recovered through payroll deduction. Employees should not be asked to contribute more that 50% of the cost of any core item.
  • Employees can purchase additional apparel items if they choose. Costs for employee non-core purchases will be charged to the employee by accounting and must be paid for in full, by either check, cash, or payroll deduction (one lump sum).
  • If payroll deducted, the total amount of core items ordered beyond the employee’s allocation may be paid through payroll deduction not to exceed six (6) bi-weekly pay periods after the employee signs the appropriate documentation.
